View & Manage Partner Offers
Once you land on the Partner Offers page, you will be able to view two tabs Partner Offers & Provisioning Status.
Partner Offers will display all your existing Partner Offers created with the below details
- Name: Name of the partner product/service.
- Description: Description of the partner product/service for customers to know more about it.
- Category: Define if it is product or a service.
- Billing Cycle: Partner can be choose between multiple billing cycle types to sell the product as.
- Consumption Type: Product/service consumption type.
- Cost Price: Cost to partner for the product/service being sold(used for profitability calculation).
- Sale Price: Purchase price for end customer at which billing would happen.
- Actions
- View: View partner offer details.
- Edit:: Edit partner offer details.
- Delete: Delete a partner offer.
Provisioning Status
This tab will display you a summary of current use of your Partner offers with the below details
- Customer
- Subscription Name
- Current Status
- Current Quantity
- Requested Status
- Requested Quantity
- Entity NameTitle
- Actions
Create Partner Offer
- Select Sell Direct from the left menu bar and click on Partner Offers
- Click on New Partner Offer button
- Fill in the following columns
- Provider : Default value as Partner
- Category : Default value as Custom
- Consumption Type : Default value as Quantity
- Name : Enter the Name of Partner Offering Here
- Description : Description about the offering
- Term Duration : Select the term from dropdown e.g., 1 year, 1 month, 3 years or 999 years
- Billing Cycle : Select the billing cycle, options will show up basis the selected term duration
- Billing Type : Price
- Sale Type : Select Product or Service
- Icon will allow you to add a new Icon for your offer
- Check the Available for Consumption immediately checkbox if your custom offer is going to be available for consumption right after the purchase.
- Use the Radio button Is Auto Renewable to allow this offer to auto-renew post term expiry
- Checking the Available for Bundling flag will make this offer eligible to be bundled with other Microsoft/Partner products
- Click on Submit .
- Now, this offer will become part of product catelogue and can be added to any plan.
