Introducing a significant advancement within our C3 platform - the expansion of ConnectWise integration to encompass our reseller community. This enhancement empowers individual resellers to effortlessly transfer billing data from C3 into their respective ConnectWise systems.

• Elevated Reseller Support: The inclusion of ConnectWise integration within C3 now extends its support to our resellers. This added capability equips resellers with enhanced tools to optimize their operational workflows.

• Effortless Data Transfer: With this update, resellers can seamlessly upload billing information from C3 directly into their unique ConnectWise systems, greatly improving operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Introduction of "Distributor Offers"

We are introducing the all-new "Distributor Offers" feature within our C3 system. This innovative addition transforms the landscape of custom offers, delivering significant benefits to our esteemed partners and resellers. The introduction of "Distributor Offers" opens up a world of possibilities, simplifying the process for partners to offer their tailor-made solutions to customers through resellers.

Key Feature Highlights:

• Dedicated Menu for Resellers: To streamline the management of products within the "Distributor Offers" category, we have introduced a dedicated screen. This screen is easily accessible through a newly added menu under "Resellers" titled "Distributor Offers." This menu acts as a central platform for efficiently managing these custom offers, serving as a valuable hub for the organization and administration of distributor offers.

• Effortless Offer Management: Within the "Distributor Offers" menu, partners can seamlessly access a comprehensive list of all offers created within this category. Partners also benefit from the convenience of crafting and adding new offers, simplifying the entire offer management process.

• Quantity-Based Offers: In this initial release, our primary focus is on supporting straightforward quantity-based offers. This functionality allows partners to create offers based on quantity, streamlining the management of custom solutions. It's important to note that more complex features such as "Usage" and "Contract" are not supported in this release.

• Seamless Integration for Resellers: These offers can be smoothly integrated into a reseller's plan, just like any other offers. The process for assigning these offers to a reseller's customer plan, purchases by reseller's customers, and invoice flows remains consistent and unchanged. This ensures a streamlined workflow, providing a seamless experience for both partners and resellers.

Cancellation Window Timer Enhancement

Previously, users encountered challenges in the customer product management view when it came to determining the closure of the cancellation window, especially in the context of new NCE product purchases.

To address this issue, we have introduced a significant enhancement to the C3 platform—an automated Cancellation Window Timer. This timer is specifically designed for NCE product purchases within the customer product management view. It counts down from the date of NCE subscription purchase, providing a straightforward and automated method for tracking the cancellation window.

Please note that the timer feature applies exclusively to newly purchased subscription parents and add-ons, and it does not extend to quantity updates and NCE upgrades.

Scheduled Renewal Indicator

Introducing a new feature to prevent accidental changes. Now, when a subscription has a scheduled renewal, a tag will appear on the product tile to alert partners and enhance awareness, reducing inadvertent actions. d
