Impersonate to Customer Portal

Quick Impersonation

• Select Sell Direct from the left menu bar and click on Customers.

• Click on Quick Impersonation button available in the Actions column.

• You will get one popup with list of users who have access to the customer portal.

• Click on Impersonate button available next to the allowed user.

• Clicking on Impersonate button available for user in the first row will take you to the customer view along with your current partner level access permissions.

• Clicking on Impersonate button in any other row other than the first row will take you to the customer view as if you are logged in as the target user.
  

  

Normal Impersonation

• Select Microsoft from the left menu bar and click Users
• Choose desired Customer from Customers drop down list.
• Choose desired Tenant from Tenants option if multiple tenant customer otherwise proceed to next option.
• Choose the Username already given C3 customer access and you wish to Impersonate to customer side.
• Click on Impersonate button.
• You can access all features in the customer portal with respect to the user role you impersonated.
