Once you access your customer, you can use the Customer Settings Icon to manage additional settings of your customer as listed below

  • Customer Configuration
  • Provider Tenants
  • Link to Billing Profile
  • Reports
  • Define Tags
  • Reload Reconciliation Report
  • Delete Customer
  • Account Manager Details

Customer Configuration

  • If you want to update any default configuration for any specific customer, Click on Customer Configuration button available in the Actions column.

  • You can see the help texts while hovering the mouse over information (i) icon.

  • You can validate and override the defaults.

  • To override the existing value, click on Override button right to the value

  • Update the value and click on Save button.

  • You can revert the value to the global default by clicking on Revert button.

Provider Tenants

  • Use the Provider Tenant button to review the customer Tenant Name and Tenant ID.
  • Use the Link to Provider button from the top of the page and select Link Single/Link Multiple to select either your Existing/New customer and link their tenants together.

Link to Billing Profile

  • Use this to associate the Billing System ID of your customer.
Billing Profile

This tab will only be visibly if C3 is integrated with a supported payment gateway. Refer to payment gateway section to see details on available integrations in C3.

Reports

  • If you want to see license reconciliation and license consumption report for a customer, Click on Reports button available in the Actions column.
  • License Recon report: It shows subscription details in PC vs subscription details in C3.
  • License Consumption Report: this report can be downloaded as .csv file as well. It shows license utilization report like total license purchased, no. of assigned and unassigned licenses.

Define Tags

  • Click on Add Tag button

  • Enter Name and Value and click on Submit button

Reload Reconciliation Report

In-order to sync all consumption data from C3 to Partner Center portal, you would need to use the Reload Reconciliation Report feature.

  • Reload Reconciliation Report Allows you to reconcile all the data between C3 & Partner Center for all your customers. Refer to screenshot below to force sync data for a specific customer

Delete Customer

  • Use this to Delete your customer profile from the C3 portal. Please note that this doesn't delete the customer profile from your Microsoft partner center account.

Account Manager Details

  • Clicking on Account Manager Details will display the associated Account Manager for this customer with relevant details associated to it.
