    Introductiing our new Scheduled Order feature, empowering users with the ability to schedule orders for future dates, thereby enhancing flexibility in purchase management.

    Key Enhancements:

    • Enable Schedule Order: This feature can be enabled or disabled directly from the customer configuration settings.

    • Cart Screen Enhancement: A new checkbox titled "I agree to schedule an order for future date" has been seamlessly integrated into the cart screen. Upon selection, users will have access to a date and time picker to schedule their order.

    • Scheduling the Order: Users can effortlessly schedule their orders by selecting the desired date and time, followed by clicking the "Schedule order" button.

    • Order Screen: On the order screen, users are provided with the flexibility to cancel the entire order or remove specific products, offering greater control over their purchases.

    • Email Notifications: Stay informed with email notifications regarding scheduled orders, ensuring users are promptly updated on the status of their orders, including any potential failures.

    Introducing Reseller Revenue and Cost Summary

    We're excited to announce the addition of a new tab under the business menu titled "Reseller Revenue and Cost Summary." This enhancement provides distributors with vital insights into selling costs, profits to resellers, and overall margins from a distributor perspective.

    Key Features:

    • Comprehensive Profitability Reporting: The new tab offers a detailed distributor profitability report, highlighting billing to individual resellers. This report breaks down billed amounts (at cost) versus amounts forwarded to the for invoicing, offering a clear view of margins.

    • Reseller-Specific Profits: Users can access reseller-specific profitability reports. Each reseller expands to reveal detailed profit insights for all associated customers, along with comprehensive product-related profitability data.

    • Efficient Data Export: The addition of a "Report" button enables users to effortlessly generate CSV data. This feature streamlines data export, facilitating easy access and utilization of profitability metrics for informed decision-making.

    Improved Filtering Options for Microsoft Promotional Offers

    In response to user feedback regarding challenges in identifying Microsoft promotional offers within plan views, this release brings significant enhancements to streamline the process. Users can now easily identify and access promotional offers from Microsoft with dedicated filters, improving overall usability.

    Key Updates:

    • Introduction of "Show offers with Promotion" Filter

      • A new filter named Show offers with Promotion is now available within the Review Offers section of Plans.
      • Promotional offers are visually highlighted with a brown border when selecting the Show Offer with Promotion filter, improving visibility.
    • Addition of "Show Promotion Only" Filter

      • On the Product Catalog screen, a new filter titled Show Promotion Only has been added.
      • Users can select the checkbox labeled YES to exclusively view promotional offers, simplifying the selection process.
    • Enhanced Filtering Capabilities for Reseller Plans

      • In Reseller Plans, the existing filters Sale price greater than ERP price and Sale price less than List Price have also been integrated alongside the specified filters.

    Enhanced Subscription History Report Customization

    Previously, users in C3 lacked the ability to download a subscription history report tailored to their specific needs. This was due to the absence of an option to select desired columns for inclusion according to individual preferences.

    The enhancement includes:

    • Addition of a download button to the subscription history section, facilitating convenient access to tailored reports.
    • Integration of a popup window upon clicking the download button, presenting users with a list of available columns.
    • Empowerment of users to select the columns they wish to include in the report, enabling customization to meet their specific requirements.

    Expanded Billing API Access for Resellers

    Previously, billing APIs within C3 were restricted solely to direct partners, creating barriers for resellers seeking access to export billing and invoicing data. In response to partner requests, this update focuses on broadening the accessibility of C3 APIs to encompass distributors and resellers. This enhancement allows distributors to export their reseller invoices and empowers resellers to export invoices for their specific customers.

    Product ID Search Enabled in Shop and Product Screens

    Users can now conveniently search for products using their unique product IDs directly within the shop section and on individual product screens. This feature provides a quick and efficient way to locate specific products based on their ID.

    Enhancement in License Summary Report

    The License Summary Report now includes a newly added subscription ID column for enhanced data visibility.

    A user interface enhancement that now allows users to easily access the link offer option for existing plan products. With this update, clicking the link button initiates a verification process to determine if the current plan product has been purchased.

    If the offer hasn't been purchased by any customer, users can proceed with linking the offer. However, if the offer has already been purchased, a prompt message will be displayed, and linking will not be permitted.
