    NCE-Upgrade SKU

    A new feature in Microsoft NCE for CSP provides an upgrade path for a subscription if a customer needs more licenses than their current subscription provides, or if they need a different version with more services. This feature is now supported in C3 with intuitive upgrade UI, and subscriptions can be upgraded if eligible.

    To upgrade a subscription:

    • Select a subscription on the product page and click the upgrade button.
    • If a subscription can be upgraded, you'll see upgrade information.
    • Select available upgrade option and submit.

    Update in Top 10 Customers By revenue

    We have introduced a filter in the Top 10 Customers By revenue portlet on the Dashboard. This filter can be used to see a report by 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year, 3 Billing Periods, 6 Billing Periods, and 12 Billing Periods.

    Showing credentials after User Creations:

    In C3, admin users will get a popup with credential details after adding a new user. This popup will contain the email and password details of the newly created user.

    "Term" filter in Add Plan with All Offers

    When creating a plan that includes all offers, it is now possible to filter plan offers by term (monthly, yearly, or one-time).

    Update in Autotask

    This new update in C3 – Autotask integration supports scenario where a partner has onboarded multiple tenants under a single entity in C3 and has different contracts in Autotask. Earlier, there was no way to distinguish the product's tenant on the product mapping screen which made it hard to map the product. Now, we show customer's name on the product mapping page to solve this limitation.

    Public Signup with MCB

    C3 now supports MCB payment provider for Public Signup. This integration adds to our existing set of payment gateway integrations giving partners more options to choose from on how they collect customer payments.
