We are excited to announce that C3 has successfully migrated to Microsoft’s latest Asynchronous API Version 2.0 for billing reconciliation from Partner Center!

    Action Required:

To finalize this migration within C3, partners are required to provide consent to fully integrate and utilize the updated API for retrieving both billed and unbilled data. This step is essential to ensure seamless invoice generation and Azure data retrieval.

    Steps to Provide Consent:

    1. In C3, go to Settings > Provider > Microsoft.
    2. Under the instructions for switching to the new security model, click on Copy Link to Clipboard.
    3. Open an incognito browser window and paste the copied link.
    4. Log in using your Global Admin + Admin Agent account (ensure Multi-Factor Authentication is enabled).
    5. Once logged in, provide the required consent. You will see a success message upon completion.
    6. Return to Settings > Provider > Microsoft in C3 and click the Test button to verify the connection with Partner Center.
    7. A success message will confirm that the integration is complete!

Please complete these steps promptly to ensure continued access to the updated API for efficient billing reconciliation.
