    NCE Scheduling

    Microsoft has implemented changes in New Commerce for Microsoft Cloud Partner Program through Microsoft Partner Center, where partners can schedule changes on behalf of customers to (Non-Consumable Enhancement) subscriptions during the renewal process. This feature is now available in C3.

    The scheduling feature in C3 provides you with the flexibility to make modifications to your subscription upon renewal, rather than making immediate changes during the current term. With scheduling changes, you have the option to increase or decrease the number of licenses, adjust the billing term and frequency, and upgrade the SKU if needed.

    To access this feature, a new tab named "Manage renewal" has been added to the product details screen.

    • Partners can access this tab by impersonating a customer.

    • Customers will see the tab only if “Manage auto-renew for NCE product” configuration is enabled for the customer.

    Zero Quantity Filter on Customer Product

    We have recently implemented a valuable addition to the Customer product screen - the "Include 0 Quantities" button. This valuable filter has been implemented to enhance your experience by allowing you to easily filter subscriptions with a quantity of 0. By default, the button is selected, meaning that when you access the screen, it will display subscriptions with zero quantities. However, if you choose to unselect this filter, the screen will exclude subscriptions with zero quantity from the list.

    Promotions for Linked Subscriptions

    You can now use the promotion feature with Linked subscriptions. With this update, when promotions are available to both the Parent and linked subscriptions, you will have visibility of these promotions throughout various workflows including Plan, Shop, Purchase, Update Quantity, and Status Change. The functionality will mirror the familiar NCE promotion flow, ensuring a seamless experience for managing promotions across Linked subscriptions.

    ConnectWise - Bulk purchased product mapping

    The Bulk Product mapping feature allows partners to go beyond mapping just one C3 customer with an external customer. Previously, it was limited to mapping single customer at a time, but now, with Bulk product mapping, partners can map multiple customer products in bulk with external customers.

    To access this feature, please follow the below steps:

    • Navigate to new tab on the Product mapping screen.

    • Within this tab, you can download a CSV file.

    • After updating the mappings in the CSV file, you can upload it back into the system.

    • Additionally, there will be an extra sheet available for download that provides the necessary details to fill in the mapping entities' fields.

    • The Bulk product mapping screen includes instructions to make it easier for you to use the feature and ensure a smooth experience.

    Upfront Invoice for Public Signup

    Previously, the upfront invoice feature was not available for Public Signup. However, we have now introduced this feature for Public Signup as well.

    If the Custom billing option is enabled then on completing the signup process, an upfront invoice will be generated for the NCE Offers. In case customer signed up with different category subscriptions, a separate invoice will be generated for NCE and the other category's subscriptions.
