Split Invoice For Azure Plan

Earlier, we allocated the entire usage subscription to either a customer, site, or department, and it was not possible to divide the usage subscription across different sites. However, we are now introducing the capability of sharing the usage subscription among multiple sites and departments.

This feature has been developed to empower customers to allocate billing amounts associated with Azure Plan and Entitlements in a highly flexible and customizable manner. By specifying percentages, users gain the ability to divide invoice amounts among different entities within their organization, such as sites and departments.

A new tab named "Manage Ownership" has been added to the product details screen of an Azure Plan and Entitlements. To split the usage allocation, follow the steps below:

• Navigate to the "Manage Ownership" tab.
• Select the desired subscription (either Azure Plan or Entitlement) from the available option and expand that pan.
• Click on the percentage number against an entity.
• Enter the desired percentage.
• Click on "Submit" to save the allocation.
