Promotional Discount for NCE

Microsoft is offering promotions on new commerce. These promotions have different discount amounts and durations. Partners can now load these promotional discounts into C3 and assign them to customer’s subscriptions for billing. As per the promotion’s applicability, a discount will be applied while generating invoices.

In plans, a new tag “promotion available” will come with those offers that have promotion. If “Promotion Available to Customers?” is selected, then only promotional discount will be displayed on the Shop page and discount will be applied to customer purchases.

Segment Support for Perpetual Software

C3 systems can now support different pricing for perpetual software based on their segments.

Autotask Update

• Autotask for Reseller: The C3-Autotask integration now also supports resellers. It allows individual resellers to upload subscription history from C3 to their own Autotask system.
• Partners can choose how often to upload their subscription history to Autotask.
• Automatically upload to Autotask based on the frequency set by the partner/reseller
• During the upload, If a product doesn't exist in Autotask then our integration system will create that product in Autotask

Email template enhancement

Updated product email notification to include site/Department details.

License Summary Report

The customer's billing reference ID is also included in the License Summary report.

Authorize.net

Earlier, the Authorize.net provider had a limitation that a customer could only have one payment profile. We have fixed this limitation and now C3 can support multiple payment profiles.

Social Login

C3 now supports login with a Google account. If a user with a Google email address has access to C3, they can log in directly to C3 with their Google account.

Default Plan for public signup

Provisions to set a public plan as the default plan. If the partner has the default plan enabled, a sign-up link will appear on the landing page.
