    Custom Dashboard Tiles for Partners and Resellers

    We’ve introduced a powerful new feature in C3 that allows partners and resellers to create custom dashboard tiles—bringing greater flexibility, personalization, and control to the customer dashboard experience.

    In previous versions, dashboard tiles were hardcoded and uneditable, making it difficult to tailor content or add new components. With this update, partners and resellers can now design and manage dashboard elements that better align with their business and customer needs.

    What’s New

    • A new Workspace Extension sub-menu has been added under Administration, featuring two management tabs:

      • Workspace:
        • Create and organize dashboard tiles
        • Configure visibility and display sequence
        • Add self-workspaces with a distinct “Self” badge

      • Assigned Workspace:
        • Assign tiles to specific customers
        • Customize order of appearance on the customer dashboard

    • Partners and resellers can now create custom dashboard tiles by configuring:

      • Title of the tile
      • Color of the portlet
      • Redirect link for navigation
      • Description to provide context or details about the workspace
      • Icon to visually represent the workspace purpose or category

      • Assign custom tiles to individual customers

    Dark Mode Now Available in C3

    Switch Seamlessly Between Light and Dark Themes for a More Comfortable Experience

    We’ve added Dark Mode to the C3 portal, giving users the flexibility to choose the theme that best suits their working environment. Whether you're working late hours or prefer a low-light interface, Dark Mode helps reduce eye strain and enhances visual comfort.

    What’s New

    • A dedicated theme switch icon is now available at the top-right corner of the portal

    • Users can toggle between Light and Dark modes instantly

    • The interface adjusts dynamically for consistent readability across the platform

    New Price Lists Menu for Partners

    Search, Filter, and Export Offer Pricing with Greater Flexibility

    To improve pricing visibility and usability, we’ve introduced a new Price Lists menu in the Partner portal. This enhancement allows partners to search, filter, and export offer pricing details quickly and efficiently—all from one place.

    What’s New

    • A dedicated Price Lists section added to the Partner sidebar

    • Offers are displayed in a tabular format based on selected filters

    • Users can search by provider, product category, service type, term duration, billing cycle, supported markets, and product name

    • Additional filters allow viewing of inactive offers or assigned offers only

    • Results can be downloaded as an Excel file for further use

    Impact

    • Centralized view of** all offer pricing**, tailored to partner-specific filters

    • Faster access to relevant product and pricing information

    • Improved operational efficiency with exportable data for planning and communication

    License Commitment Details Added to License Change Report

    Partners have requested enhanced visibility into license commitments within the License Change Report. Previously, this information was only available in the License Summary Report.

    With this enhancement, the License Change Report now includes key commitment details such as renewal and expiration dates—bringing important contract timelines into the same view as change activity.

    What’s New

    • The License Change Report now includes:

    • Renewal Date

    • Expiration Date

    • Days until Renewal

    • These fields were previously available only in the License Summary Report

    • No changes have been made to the License Summary Report

    New Filter for Customer Pages by Account Manager

    Quickly View Customers Assigned to Specific Account Managers
    We’ve added a new filter to the Customer page in C3, enabling partners and resellers to easily filter customer lists based on the assigned Account Manager. This enhancement improves visibility and simplifies customer management.

    What’s New

    • A new dropdown filter is now available on the Customer page

    • Users can select an Account Manager ID to view only the customers assigned to that manager
