# View and Download Invoices

## Revenue and Cost Summary

Under **Revenue & Cost Summary** tab, select the billing period that you need to review the billing data for. By defaul, you'll see the data for latest billing cycle. This sections consists of invoicing, profitability related data and several downloadable reports.

you might not see all reports enabled in your C3 instance, kindly get in touch with [PSM team](https://mailto:psm-c3@spektrasystems.com) to enable any desired report

This will display the billing data in the following order

*  Name
* Cost on Partner
* Billed Amount
* Profit
* Profit%
* Actions
    * **View Invoices** : click here to see the all invoice generated for customer so far

    * **View Subscription History** : click on it to see the all sort of subscription related changes made for this customer

* Along with viewing existing billing data, several action items are available on this section
   * **Reports** : Select and download the various kind of reports from this dropdown
      * Profitability Report
      * Tax Summary
      * Tax Line Items
      * Invoice Summary
      * Invoice Line Items
      * Invoice Line Items with Commission
      * Invoice Line Items with Taxes
      * Turnover Report

    * **Download Bulk Invoices** : This feature allows you to download invoices pdfs as Zip file for selected customers. It consists of two tabs
        *     **Download Invoices** : Select specific plan, customer and billing period for which you want to initiate the download

        *     **Download Progress and Link** : this tab will display all initiated download along with their status and download link to completed requests

    * Additionally, you can expand each customer profile to review the billing data for each of their licenses.
