New look and feel
The general look and feel in the entire C3 application have been updated to adopt Metronic 7. This update brings a cleaner, lighter, and more consistent user experience to every screen. Allowing users to focus on the data and the tasks by removing all unnecessary visual elements. Interactions and behaviors remain unchanged, limiting the scope of this change to visual updates.
New Commerce Experience (Phase 1)
NCE Offers are now available to add into Customer Plans. They can be purchased from C3 through product management or already purchased subscriptions can be onboarded through the manual or auto-sync features. you can find all NCE offers & subscriptions with a new tag:
Note:
In Phase 1, Manage product feature for NCE won't be available. However, product quantity can be updated from the Partner Center, and C3 portal will synchronize the product quantity and generate invoices accordingly
