    Engage Feature

    This feature allows partners to interactively broadcast information on the partner and customer dashboard. In the beta phase, partners can choose a notification template and specify the content and links they want to be delivered in the notification.

    NCE Term & Conditions

    A new configuration is available for partners. Once this configuration is enabled then whenever a customer tries to purchase an NCE offer, they must accept “NCE Terms and Conditions” on the cart page. Partners would be able to provide custom text in terms and conditions with redirected URL for their contract terms and conditions hosted on external site.

    Initiate Payment by Customers

    A new configuration “Allow Customer to initiate transaction” is introduces that will enable customers to initiate payment for their invoices. If this configuration is enabled, customers will see an Initiate Payment button on their invoices through which they can initiate payments themselves.

    Updates in invoice

    Earlier, if prices changed or subscriptions were shared with sites/departments, manual intervention was required up-front in the invoice generation process. To streamline this process and remove manual intervention, system will automatically consider any price changes and subscriptions with the site/Department sharing during invoice calculation. This will help partners deliver uniform invoicing experience to customers who require entity/customer/location/department level billing.

    Term Duration feature in Partner Offer

    Early while adding new partner offers, by default 1-year term was there, and we did not have the option to choose a different term duration. But from now on, partners will have the flexibility to choose their term, and the term can be activated as 1 year, 1 month, 3 years, 999 years.

    Update in NCE Invoice Line Items

    If we open any previous NCE invoice details, we won't be able to see any head in the Description column where a one-line statement is mentioned. With this enhancement, we can see individual lineitems with heads beside them. Head like-

    • New- purchase of a new product or subscription.
    • Add quantity- increase quantity of an existing subscription
    • Renew - a renewal of the product.
    • Remove quantity - removing the quantity from the product.
    • Cycle charge - charges for the subscriptions as per their billing cycle

    Remove reseller relationship of a tenant

    Previously this option were available on only partner center portal but from now remove reseller relationship option will be available in C3. Now partner can remove relationship with customer by using this option in C3. Navigation: Sell Direct -> customer-> provider tenant

    C3 Custom Billing

    A new feature is introduced into C3 that will enable partners to change the subscription’s billing cycle. If this feature is enabled then while impersonation, partner users will see a new dropdown “Custom Billing Cycle” on the Manage Product screen. Using this drop-down list, partner can change the Partner Center billing cycle to a custom billing cycle and the C3 system will generate invoices based on the custom billing cycle only.
