# Impersonate to Customer Portal

### Quick Impersonation
* Select **Sell Direct** from the left menu bar and click on **Customers**.
* Click on **Quick Impersonation** button available in the **Actions** column.
* You will get one popup with **list of users** who have access to the customer portal.
* Click on **Impersonate** button available next to the allowed user.
* Clicking on Impersonate button available for user in the first row will take you to the customer view along with your current partner level access permissions.
* Clicking on **Impersonate** button in any other row other than the first row will take you to the customer view as if you are logged in as the target user.

### Normal Impersonation
   * Select **Microsoft** from the left menu bar and click Users
   * Choose desired Customer from Customers drop down list.
   * Choose desired Tenant from Tenants option if multiple tenant customer otherwise proceed to next option.
   * Choose the Username already given C3 customer access and you wish to Impersonate to customer side.
   * Click on **Impersonate** button.
   * You can access all features in the customer portal with respect to the user role you impersonated.
