New Commerce Experience (Phase 2)
Manage Product screen is enabled for NCE subscriptions with following updates
- Partner/Customer can update quantities from C3
- Partner/Customer can enable/disable Auto Renew flag for NCE subscription
- Suspend, Reactive, Cancel, and Auto Renew actions are configurable for NCE subscriptions. Partner can access these configurations from Customer Configuration screen and can enable/disable these actions for any customer
- A new product status “Expired” is added into C3
- On suspending an NCE subscription
- Auto-renew will get disabled if already enabled
- Invoices will continue to be generated for suspended NCE subscriptions until expired
- New cancelation policy is implemented for NCE subscriptions
- 0 - 24 hours: Full Refund
- 24 - 48 hours: 1st Day Prorated
- 48 – 72 hours: 2nd Day Prorated
- After 72 hours: Cancellations are not allowed
Updates in shopping experience
- Notification email on Renewal/Expiration
- Added cancellation policy details to existing purchase email notifications
Updates in Manual/Auto Sync process
- Auto/Manual Sync can fix Auto-renew flag mismatch from PC
- Considering ‘Expired’ status in Reconciliation Screen and showing mismatch. Partner can also onboard these subscriptions
- Considering Term Change, Billing Cycle and Upgrade SKU Mismatch in sync
