CSP Control Center aka C3 is a Cloud solution Provider (CSP) business automation Solution that helps CSP Direct partners & Distributors in selling, billing, provisioning, and managing the Microsoft Cloud resources via CSP Program. It is a white-labeled marketplace on your domain where you as a CSP provider and your CSP customers can transact through products and solutions available through Microsoft CSP Program. It integrates with your Partner Center account tightly.

CSP Control Center (C3) helps partner streamline their entire CSP Business portfolio from customer onboarding to Invoicing & payment collection. In between, it is a completely white-labeled self-service portal for your end customers to manage their CSP licensing ( changing license count, purchasing new licenses), access to their Azure spends, Azure estimates, user management. This helps you as a partner to focus on bringing new business as customers perform the self-service operations. You can sell your custom offers ( 3rd party products), Advisory, consulting and Support services through C3 system by making them available for customers to purchase through the customer shop section.

Appropriate roles: All C3 partners and C3 partners' customer users with access as per RBACs defined.
