# Comments

Using Comments section you can review all the instructions & comments between customer users and partner users against any Invoice/Product/Cart Items.

This feature is not enabled by default but upon request only. Get in touch with [PSM team](mailto:psm-c3@spektrasystems.com) to get this enabled in your C3 instance.

* Select **Comments** from the left menu bar and review any comments initiated by your customer.
* Your customers can reach out to you using the Comments section made available to them and while you review it, you as a partner can also reply to them and continue the conversation from the Comments section.
